When you choose water with Glide, we register your property with your local water and sewerage supplier and pay the bills for you.
For tenants, we then divide the bills up equally and split them among the tenants. We also ensure that you don't have to pay up front for the whole year.
For business customers, we bill your entire portfolio on one bill and ensure that you can pay monthly instead of yearly in advance.
The amount we charge you for water is an estimate based on the information provided to us when you sign up. We will only ever bill you for what you would have paid if you had gone to the water company directly plus £5.99 inclusive of VAT per property per month.
The amount you have paid for water is periodically reconciled. If you've paid too much, you'll get a credit back. If you've paid too little, we'll issue a correction bill.
