Bills inclusive policy
Introduction
If the bills are included within your rent or you have signed up to a Glide agreement which includes the Fair & Acceptable Usage Policy on your energy usage then the following policy will apply to you. This is to ensure that your energy usage is not excessive and stays within reasonable and agreed allowances.
The allowances are generous and it is unlikely you will exceed them if you are sensible with your energy consumption.
The maximum energy usage allowed per annum is shown below. If your tenancy agreement is for less than a year then these figures will apply on a pro-rata basis. If you exceed these limits, either your landlord, letting agent or Glide reserves the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover the amount by which you exceeded the allowance.
