Where we provide information access and correction through your online portal, we will do so free of charge. For any other personal information we hold about you, you can obtain access to this by sending a cheque for £10 (to cover administration cost for manually collating this information) made payable to Glide Utilities Ltd along with a letter confirming your request to the above address.
