: Can I cancel my order within 7 days of placing the order online?
Yes provided that your contract start date is more than 14 days away, you can cancel your order within 7 days of signing up. If the contract start date is less than 14 days away, you will be unable to cancel as we will have already processed your order.
Please inform us in writing of your decision to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing the order (this is known as the cooling off period). We will require all the tenants that have signed up to send us a notice. We will reimburse any money that you’ve paid us (if we’ve already collected payment) within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation notice.
: How do I cancel Glide Services?
You can cancel your Glide service at any time by giving us 1 month's notice. However if you are within your minimum term, you will be liable for any cancellation fees as set out in our agreement. If you are moving home, you can transfer your Glide services instead of cancelling them.
You may cancel your service by raising a ticket through your online portal or by calling us on 08448 111 555. We will require each tenant in the house to confirm the cancellation. Letters can also be sent to Glide Utilities Ltd, The Chamberlain Building, 36 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3HN. Please ensure that cancellation letters are signed by all tenants in the house.
: Can I cancel the service if there are price increases?
For telephone and broadband, you may cancel your telephone and/or broadband services if we increase our prices during your contract.
: Where do I return my Glide Router at the end of my contract?
We can send out a pre-paid bag for you on request to return the modem to us free of charge. If, however, you would prefer not to wait for the bag, you can send the Glide Router to the below address:
